Stunting remains a public health challenge in Muna Regency, with a prevalence exceeding the national target (29.8%). Breastfeeding mothers’ lack of knowledge regarding child-rearing practices and nutrition is one of the primary risk factors. Educational interventions using practical, self-directed media such as leaflets are needed to improve health literacy at the village level. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of using leaflets to improve breastfeeding mothers’ knowledge regarding stunting prevention in Masalili Village, Muna Regency. This is a quasi-experimental study with a non-equivalent control group design. The sample consisted of 30 breastfeeding mothers divided into two groups (15 in the intervention group and 15 in the control group) using purposive sampling. The intervention group received education using leaflets, while the control group received conventional education. The research instrument was a validated knowledge questionnaire. Data analysis was performed using univariate and bivariate methods with the Paired T-test using SPSS version 26.0 at a 95% confidence level. The results of the study showed a significant increase in the average knowledge score in the intervention group, from 66.5 (SD 7.2) to 86.4 (SD 5.1), with a p-value of 0.002. Meanwhile, in the control group, the increase in knowledge was not statistically significant, from 65.3 (SD 6.9) to 70.7 (SD 6.5) with a p-value of 0.180. There was a difference of 16.9 in the increase in knowledge scores in the group that received the leaflet. The leaflet was significantly effective in increasing breastfeeding mothers’ knowledge regarding stunting prevention. The use of concise, self-contained visual media is highly recommended for health workers at community health centers as a routine health promotion tool in efforts to reduce stunting rates in rural areas

Stunting is a chronic nutritional problem that remains a major concern in Indonesia because it impacts child growth and development. One contributing factor to stunting is mothers' lack of knowledge about stunting prevention. Health education is a viable approach to improving mothers' knowledge. This study aimed to determine the effect of health education on the knowledge of mothers with toddlers about stunting prevention in Kumain Village, Tandun District. This study used a pre-experimental design with a one-group pretest-posttest approach. The population was 214 mothers with toddlers, with a sample size of 70 respondents selected using a purposive sampling technique. Data were collected using questionnaires before and after the education, then analyzed using a paired sample t-test. The results showed an increase in mothers' knowledge after the education. The statistical test showed a p-value <0.05, indicating a significant effect of health education on improving mothers' knowledge about stunting prevention.

Stunting is a chronic nutritional problem that impacts physical growth, cognitive development, and future productivity. Contributing factors include suboptimal exclusive breastfeeding and low macronutrient intake. This study aimed to determine the relationship between exclusive breastfeeding, carbohydrate, protein, and fat intake, and stunting in children aged 12-59 months in the Batu Bajanjang Community Health Center, Tigo Lurah District, Solok Regency.
This cross-sectional study involved 87 mothers of toddlers selected using accidental sampling. Data were collected through interviews, questionnaires, a semi-quantitative food frequency questionnaire (SQ-FFQ), and anthropometric measurements of height/age. Univariate and bivariate analyses were performed using the chi-square test (p=0.05).
A total of 56.3% of toddlers experienced stunting, 37.9% were not exclusively breastfed, 60.9% were carbohydrate deficient, 52.9% were protein deficient, and 58.6% were fat deficient. There was no significant association between exclusive breastfeeding (p=0.592) and carbohydrate (p=0.706), protein (p=0.409), or fat (0.751) intake with stunting.
The prevalence of stunting remains high, but the research variables were not significantly related. Improved education, increased provision of balanced nutritional complementary feeding (MP-ASI), toddler nutrition monitoring, community-based prevention programs, and research with environmental, socioeconomic, and infection variables.

Anemia is the most common hematological problem encountered during pregnancy. World Health Organization (WHO), 42% of pregnant women worldwide suffer from anemia. Anemia in pregnancy is a condition where pregnant women have Hb levels < 11.00 gr% in the first, second and third trimesters or Hb levels < 10.50 gr% in the second trimester. One way to treat anemia non-pharmacologically is by giving dragon fruit juice. Dragon fruit is rich in minerals, iron and vitamin C which are very important in the formation of red blood cells. The aim of this research was to determine the effect of giving dragon fruit juice on hemoglobin (Hb) levels in pregnant women in the working area of North Tambusai II Community Health Center, Rokan Hulu Regency. This research method is Pre-Experiment with a one group pre test and post test approach. The research results showed that the average Hb level of pregnant women before being given dragon fruit was 9.9600 and after being given dragon fruit juice the average Hb level of pregnant women was 11.420. Based on the results of the T-dependent statistical test, it was found that there was an effect of giving dragon fruit on hemoglobin levels in pregnant women, p value = 0.000. It is recommended that the Tambusai Utara II Community Health Center provide education to pregnant women that dragon fruit juice can be used as an alternative to increase hemoglobin levels in pregnant women.

Nutritional problems among toddlers in Indonesia are still relatively high, one of which is caused by mothers' lack of knowledge regarding supplementary feeding (PMT). Health education is one effort to improve mothers' knowledge in fulfilling toddlers' nutritional needs. This study aims to determine the effect of education on the knowledge of mothers with toddlers regarding supplementary feeding (PMT) at three integrated health posts (Posyandu) within the Kunto Darussalam Community Health Center (Puskesmas). This study used a pre-experimental design with a one-group pretest-posttest approach. The population in this study was 82 mothers with toddlers, with a sample of 45 respondents taken using a purposive sampling technique. Data were collected using questionnaires before and after the education, then analyzed using a paired sample t-test. The results showed that the average knowledge of mothers before the education was 59.56 (SD=16.09) and increased to 80.33 (SD=15.71) after the education. The statistical test results showed a p-value of 0.000 (p<0.05), indicating a significant effect of counseling on improving mothers' knowledge about supplementary feeding (PMT).
